SHIPPING

  • Orders are dispatched within 3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.
  • All orders are shipped with tracked shipping services, and customers receive a tracking number via email.
  • It is the customer's responsibility to be present to receive the order at the provided shipping address.
  • We are not responsible for any orders which are damaged during delivery.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

  • Returns are accepted within 14 days of the delivery date shown in the dispatch email
  • Refunds are processed after inspection, credited to the original payment method
  • Items must be unworn, undamaged, and with original tags and packaging.
  • Final sale items are not eligible for returns
  • All customers are liable for their own postage costs when returning items
  • Shipping costs related to the original order are non-refundable
