An order is a conversation. Nothing is final until a person has confirmed your size, your shipping total and how you are paying.

Your order
Placing an order sends your bag to the owner over WhatsApp. That message is a request, not a contract. The order is confirmed, and only then final, once the owner has replied to agree the size, the shipping total and the way you will pay. Until that reply, either side can walk away.
Every price on the site is in US dollars. The total you agree to on WhatsApp is the total you pay; nothing is added afterwards. Payment is arranged in that same chat or by email, never through this site.

The goods
Pieces are sold as described on their product page. They are made in small batches, so a size can sell out between your message and the owner’s reply; if it has, you will be told before anything is paid.
Shipping times, the free-shipping threshold and the returns window are set out on the shipping & returns page and form part of these terms.
Yatra is run from Kentucky, and these terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Kentucky. If this page changes, the date at the top changes with it.
