An order is placed when Stripe confirms the payment. Everything is priced in US dollars, and the total you see is the total you pay.

Your order
Orders are taken through checkout on this site and nowhere else. Payment is by card or wallet on a page run by Stripe; we never see or hold your card number. Your order is placed when Stripe confirms the payment — up to that point the bag is only a bag, and either side can walk away.
Every price on the site is in US dollars. Shipping is $8 flat on orders under $75, and free at $75 or above. The shipping line is added before you pay, sales tax is not added at checkout, and nothing is added after.
When your order ships, we send the tracking number to the email you paid with.

The goods
Pieces are sold as described on their product page. They are made in small batches and the stock list is kept by hand, so now and then a size sells out between your payment and the moment we go to pick it. If a piece turns out to be unavailable, we refund it in full and tell you why. We will not substitute a size or a colour you did not choose.
Shipping times, the flat rate, the free-shipping threshold, returns, refunds and cancelling an order before it ships are set out on the shipping & returns page and form part of these terms.
Yatra is run from Kentucky, and these terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Kentucky. If this page changes, the date at the top changes with it.
